Privacy Policy

Last updated: 05/07/2026

Saint Lord Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates saintlordmedia.com (the “Site”) and provides street interview content production services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data belonging to two distinct groups of people: (1) visitors to our Site and our clients, and (2) members of the public who appear in our video content.

1. Who We Are

Saint Lord Media, 25, Vision, Innova Business Park, Electric Ave, London EN3 7GD. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at ryan.lord@saintlordmedia.com

2. Personal Data We Collect From Site Visitors and Clients

  • Contact details you provide via enquiry forms, our quiz tool, or email (name, email address, company/brand name, phone number)
  • Information you provide when booking a discovery call via Calendly
  • Payment and billing details when you become a client (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details ourselves)
  • Website usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6)

3. Personal Data We Collect From Street Interview Participants

Separately from Site visitors, when we film members of the public for client campaigns, we collect:

  • Their name (where provided), image, voice, and any statements made on camera
  • A signed digital consent/release form (completed via our Jotform release process) confirming they agreed to be filmed and for their contribution to be used as described in that form and their consent tier — organic use, paid advertising use, or both, depending on the campaign package

Raw footage is retained for 14 days after delivery to the client, to support the client’s revision window, and may then be deleted. Edited content delivered to the client is retained by us for our own portfolio and business records. Anyone who appears in our content and wishes to request removal or ask what data we hold about them can contact us using the details in Section 1, and we will action reasonable requests in line with their legal rights under UK GDPR (see Section 8).

4. How We Use Personal Data

We use the personal data described above to:

  • Respond to enquiries and deliver our Services
  • Process bookings, payments, and manage client relationships
  • Produce and deliver the video content our clients have engaged us to create
  • Improve our Site and Services
  • Send service-related communications, and — only with consent where required — marketing communications
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases depending on the activity: performance of a contract (delivering services you’ve booked), consent (street interview participants’ release forms, and marketing communications where required), and legitimate interests (improving our Services, preventing fraud, and general business administration), balanced against your rights and freedoms.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories: essential cookies needed for the Site to function, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the Site, and functional cookies that support embedded tools such as our booking calendar and package quiz. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Sharing Your Data With Third Parties

We share personal data with the following categories of third-party service providers, only as needed to deliver our Services:

  • Scheduling and calendar tools (e.g. Calendly)
  • Video hosting and file storage providers (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, Google Drive)
  • Our quiz/lead qualification tool provider (e.g. Typeform)
  • Our CRM provider (e.g. Pipedrive)
  • Payment processors
  • Email and communication tools

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Where any of these providers are based outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for that transfer (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), in line with UK GDPR requirements.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data in certain circumstances; object to or restrict certain processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary: client contact and booking data for as long as you remain a client and for 6 years afterward for UK tax and accounting purposes; quiz submissions from visitors who don’t go on to book, for 12 months; and street interview raw footage for 14 days after delivery, as set out in Section 3.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our Site. If a minor appears incidentally in street interview footage filmed in a public place, we handle this in accordance with applicable law and will remove such footage from any content on request.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.
