Terms And Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 05/07/2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Saint Lord Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any client (“you”, “the Client”) who books a campaign, retainer, or other service (“Services”) with us. By booking or paying for our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide street interview video production campaigns and, where agreed, ongoing content partnerships, as described on our Site and in any proposal or invoice issued to you. The specific package, deliverables, and price will be confirmed in writing (including by email or invoice) before work begins.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront via Stripe before any shoot date is confirmed or reserved.
  • Ongoing Partnership clients are billed automatically via Stripe’s recurring billing on the same date each month, rather than by manual invoice.
  • If a scheduled Partnership payment fails, we will notify you and may pause that month’s production cycle until payment is successfully processed.

3. Turnaround and Delivery

We aim to deliver campaign content within 7 business days of the discovery call, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather affecting filming, participant availability).

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a specific delivered clip, we will reshoot or provide a replacement edit at no additional cost, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery and relates to the quality or execution of the clip — swapping for an alternative from existing footage, adjusting captions or pacing, or fixing an error — rather than a change of brief or new creative direction after the fact.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights to delivered content are governed by your chosen package:

  • Standard: usage rights for organic social media posting only.
  • Premium: as above, plus a licensed copy of the raw footage behind clips used, and paid advertising usage rights for 12 months from delivery.
  • Enterprise: as above, plus unlimited-duration paid advertising usage rights.

We retain ownership of all footage not delivered to you. Our participant consent form (Section 6) records which usage tier — organic only, or organic plus paid advertising — each participant has agreed to, matching the usage rights above, so clients are never granted rights broader than what participants actually consented to. We also retain the right to use delivered content in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing, subject to any confidentiality agreement in place between us.

6. Street Interview Participant Consent

All members of the public featured in our content sign a consent/release form prior to filming, granting permission for their contribution to be used as described in that form. We are responsible for obtaining this consent; the Client is responsible for using delivered content only within the scope of usage rights granted under these Terms and the underlying participant consent.

7. Add-Ons

Optional add-ons (including but not limited to Founder Spotlight Interview, Creative Variation Testing, Add Paid Ads Usage Rights, Add Raw Footage Access, and General Public Product Seeding) are priced and scoped separately from the core package and are not included unless specifically added to your order.

From time to time we may introduce you to a third-party service provider, such as a media buying partner, as a courtesy. Any such introduction does not make us responsible for that third party’s services, performance, or conduct — any agreement you enter into with them is between you and them directly.

8. Ongoing Partnerships

Ongoing monthly partnerships are offered by invitation following a successful campaign and are governed by a separate agreement setting out the specific package, rate, and rolling notice period applicable to that arrangement.

9. Cancellation

One-off campaign bookings are non-refundable once a shoot date has been confirmed. Ongoing Partnerships have an initial 3-month minimum term; after that, either party may end the Partnership with 30 days’ written notice.

10. Liability

We will perform our Services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific campaign or period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, arising from your use of delivered content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including extreme weather preventing street filming, illness, or other events of a similar nature.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our Site, and continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
